●皿をなめ回す lick a plate (clean)

・なめ回すような目つき a lecherous [lascivious, lewd] look; a look that undresses sb with one's eyes; a head-to-toe scrutiny.

●犬は大はしゃぎで飼い主の顔をぺろぺろなめ回した. In his excitement, the dog licked his master's face all over.
